Our Founder
Lesedi Dawn founded Aura Management Africa in 2021. As the African market was opening up to more Hospitality & Tourism following the shut down during the Global Pandemic. It became evident that the youth unemployment rate would only be resolved by mission led leaders willing to equip and empower enthusiastic young people so that they too can gain independence and contribute positively to the economy. Her love for partnering for a purpose remains centre. Prioritising people and professionalism.
The foundation of our company is built on 10 years of our founders Event Industry experience and global perspective. From years of coordinating and attending private events in South Africa, Botswana, Eswatini, Mauritius, Ghana, the U.S and Monaco.
